Nautilus closes instead of minimizing?

It's both!
The first section is bookmarks - add a bookmark and it will appear in
the top section of the Nautilus launcher context menu.
The second section is Files, and TBH I don't know what that's supposed
to do :-) All it's ever done for me is open a window on my home
directory, and then only if there wasn't one already.
The third section is a list of open Nautilus windows.
Then down the bottom you have the usual unlock and quit options.
