In a terminal start
 pgrep -l wbar

If wbar is running this should give you its pid and name

wbar is launched via a autostart folder entry in "~/.config/autostart/".
move all wbar entries to  "~/.config/autostart_available/", delete all wbar* 
files in autostart.
