You [snipped] off some of the important parts. Those number and words might not mean much to you, but they do to others.

 

Instead of using eth0 or eth1, you should refer to the interfaces as  enp3s0 and wlp0s19f3u1. I don’t see that eth0 or eth1 exist anymore on your system, which is just how its done these days.
