I'm not sure if you can still find it somewhere - a quick search on
cdimage.ubuntu.com was negative. It was the original Ubuntu 14.04 when
it was released - before any point release. I have it saved as a file
named "ubuntu-14.04-desktop-amd64.iso", but on the servers it may be
named differently if you want to search for it.
But you can still download the Kubuntu image
<http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/releases/14.04/release/kubuntu-14.04-desktop-amd64.iso>
which would probably use the same BOOTx64.EFI.
