dhparam.pem in nginx with load balanced web servers

This might be an incredibly asinine question, but it's one I can't seem to
find an answer. I'm finally able to tighten up security on our load
balanced web server configs (we have had to back off on a lot of SOP
changes because we provide services to educators all over the world and
they don't always have recent browser versions. (ie, we still need TLSv1.1,
etc.)
With that said, one of the things I'm updating is the dhparam to 2048
bits. My question is this: we have load balanced web servers, so do I
need to generate one dhparam.pem file and copy it to both web servers? Or
can I generate that file on each server?
I hope that makes sense.
