Works fine for me. You do need to re-install the Extension Pack and
possibly update the Guest Additions in your VMs.

No, not really. Exactly the same as all previous versions.

I appreciate that you have problems here but you are not giving us
enough information to try to help you troubleshoot it.

No. All VMs are compatible across all platforms. They work identically
on Linux/Windows/macOS 32-bit & 64-bit.
