Upgrading to 16.04

I have always downloaded the VB packages directly from Oracle and
installed them outside the software center.
Never had a problem that way. (Yes, it's manual, so what? This is Linux.)
WHen I went to 16.04, I first upgraded my 14.04 VB to 5.1 (trustly).
After the upgrade, I reran the install of 5.1 (xenial). As much as I
detest uninstall-reinstall solutions (remind anyone of Windows?), for
this and LO I always do it manually.
HTH.
