Amazon Fire Tablet

Ever since I upgraded from 14.04.4LTS -> 16.04.1LTS things have been
totally messed up. There were no errors noted in the upgrade but things
like this are happening when I plug my Amazon Fire Tablet into the USB
port - https://pastebin.com/0VyBJ0gA I have no idea why this is being
written to my syslog it didn't happen with 14.04.

Anyone with any ideas? I have tons more errors that I need to get
straightened out but that's for more posts.
