Define a custom shortcut for Compiz Window Manager

A last mail, because I can explain the only issue I noticed.

                             ^^^^^
                             ^^^^^
The position values are tricky, if a maximised window first gets
"un"maximised, the upper left corner position could change.

I don't fix it ;).
