[OT] Best list for Xenial issues

Yeah, I went ahead and submitted a bug report instead of hitting the list.
It seemed a big enough issue to warrant a report being submitted.  I try
not to annoy the devs/maintainers with submitting duplicates if at all
possible, but this one was enough of an issue for me and since I didn't see
anything related to it in the bug list, it made sense to just submit.
