how to use USB Tv Tuner Card in ubuntu

Dear All,


I've connected a USB TV tuner card on my laptop running Ubuntu 14.04, as 
per my understanding its detected by the operating system as " Bus 002 
Device 011: ID 18ec:3280 Arkmicro Technologies Inc." but it does not 
show in "/dev/video*"

how do I capture video from TV Card ? using VLC or anything like that ?
