Thank you http://packages.ubuntu.com works, https sometimes works, but
most of the times it doesn't.

However, when using https://www.startpage.com/ to search for
  ubuntu package search
all hits lead to https.

For example when I edited the Wiki https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases, I
needed to log in. At first to Ubuntu one, wich was fast, but then to
the Wiki. The login to the Wiki takes very long.
