This is not just a temporarily issue.

Many Ubuntu servers are a PITA.

The Ubuntu one log in is quick, but to log in to edit the Wiki takes
minutes.

It's not an ISP issue. I had a very slow Internet connection, but after
several complaints the ISP fixed this issue. I've got a very fast
Internet connection now, just several Ubuntu servers are a PITA,
nothing else fails.
