It isn't out yet.

When it's out, later this month, then you will see the announcement
and the comments will begin.

Prediction: people will call it anticlimactic and say that it is
merely a small, incremental change.

The big stuff -- Mir, Unity 8 and so on -- is still waiting in the
wings, possibly for 16.04.
