You already have Ubuntu 15.04 installed. Ubuntu 15.04 is the release of
Ubuntu and Xfce4 is one desktop environment provided by the official
Ubuntu repositories for this release of Ubuntu.

Perhaps deleting your current 15.04 install and then installing it
again makes sense, but without some practise you would mess a new
install up, so better stay with this install and try to fix the issues
you're experiencing, to learn how to maintain a Linux install.

Wait before you reinstall 15.04 or another release.

It doesn't make much sense to use Linux in the same way as
proprietary operating systems and apps for tablet PCs and mobile phones
are used. Even distros like Ubuntu, that try to be much user-friendly,
need self-responsible maintenance.
