Slow NFS writes with sec=krb5

See attachment^Wlinks above. There is no NFS related difference as far
as I can tell. But I think this was to be expected as the NFS share is
not mounted at boot time. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to mount the NFS
share at boot time via /etc/fstab.
