You did quote out of context [1], this is _not_ meant as an insult.
Could you please assume good faith.

I pointed out that "I don't know if the OP has got such a problem or
not" and mentioned other possible reasons, such as a language barrier.
The OP repeatedly complained about Singapore Government Hackers for
absurd reasons.

This community several times patiently explained that the OP has got a
serious misconception of how the computer works and what does or could
cause issues.

After recovering the data failed and the video stream was
interrupted, the OP likely will complain about the Singapore Government
Hackers again ;). The OP seems to be multiresistant against useful
hints, help and good advices or the OP simply can not understand what
we try to explain, perhaps regarding the language barrier or
missing basic knowledge about computers.

Assumed the OP does not need psychological help (I don't know if the OP
has got such a problem or not), then the OP anyway needs simply
explained basics about computer usage and maintenance.
