Are you seeing the bookmarks toolbar at all? Make sure Bookmarks
Toolbar is selected in View > Toolbars.
If it is not that do you see them if you select Bookmarks > Show All
Bookmarks then double click Bookmarks Toolbar?

I do see the bookmarks toolbar. With the Most Visited, Getting Started,... No problem there.

And when I open the Show All Bookmarks I see all of my bookmarks. That's the weird part of it ! It is there that I sort them, but even sorted, it doesn't show back when I close the bookmarks menu.
