15.04 uses systemd.
I don't think the old bootchart tool works with it but systemd brings
its own tool that might help.
try the command:
systemd-analyze plot > plot.svg
that should give you some kind of bootchart as plot.svg ..
there seems to also be a more powerful bootchart tool builtin as
described in comment #6 at [1]
... someone should update that wiki page :)
