Moodle Apache2 slasharguments

I hoping someone can point me in the right direction. How do you turn slash
arguments on in apache2?

I'm trying to install Moodle 2.8.5+ on Ubuntu 14.04. The moodle
installation process does a check of your installation. According to the
"check" my apache configuration doesn't have slash arguments configured.

I followed the moodle instructions and added "AcceptPathInfo on". This
doesn't seem to work because the moodle "check" still says slash arguments
needs to be installed.

Any ideas?
