kubuntu 15.04 lockscreen + vnc + slow connection = shift key problem

Hi!
New system is a place where you can find more bugs than you expect, so I'm
writing another thing.
It's about lockscreen in new kubuntu 15.04:
Situation: I sit at the computer, unlocking screen goes normally.
Another situation: I am trying to unlock the screen thru vnc on slow
connection.
I think there is some problem with "Shift" key.
I can unlock remote screen only if I will enter key by key, slowly, waiting
while each dot will be shown in password field.
Press and hold Shift, press some letter, dot appeared on remote screen,
then and only then I can release Shift key and press next letter.
It looks that Shift key status is checked not from an event which come to
system, but checked some different way at the moment after I have unpressed
it.

Who can help to understand which package is used as a locking screen
solution in new kubuntu?
There should be a bugreport.
