Mounting encrypted USB drive

I have a LUKS-encrypted USB drive that I use for backups. When I plug
it in, I get a popup asking for the passphrase, and it it mounted.
However, it is mounted under
/media/$USER/something-that-looks-a-lot-like-an-UUID, and I would
prefer to have it mounted at /backup. How can I accomplish this?
