I'm trying to create a new VM with virt-manager in 15.04, and it fails
with:
Unable to complete install: 'internal error: process exited while
connecting to monitor: libust[3797/3797]: Warning: HOME environment
variable not set. Disabling LTTng-UST per-user tracing. (in
setup_local_apps() at lttng-ust-comm.c:375) libust[3797/3798]: Error:

I had a similar problem once before, because my user was not a member
of kvm and/or libvirtd - it is now, however. I've tried to chmod the
directory in the error message above to 777, but that doesn't work
either. There was no problem doing this in 14.10, so it appears to be
something new. It even appears when I run virt-manager as root.
Has anyone else seen this?
Petter
