Fix for dropped packets on EC2 included in 14.04.2 LTS, 3.16.0-31-generic ?

Hi,

I'm not sure how to confirm if this bug fix [1] was included in
Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS, 3.16.0-31-generic ?
I didn't see this bug listed in the 14.04.2 release notes [2] and it looks
to have been fixed recently but lists the fix as verified and included in
3.13.0-46.75
