Hello Joel,

It wouldn't hurt to enable one more instance of such printer (remember to specify which brand name and which specific model name as it shows on the printer itself), under ubuntu 12.04.  Re-detect your printer (you must be correct when choosing the printer you want to install - brand name and model number e.g. HP Deskjet1510 All-In-One - because you have to select it from a list in order to get the correct cusp drivers from ubuntu 12.04 just like you got them for the Windows installation), print your test page and go back to that web page and re-print again.  Now you are using the adequate cusp drivers from ubuntu 12.04 for you specific printer.  Do not insert usb cable until requested by the system.

Font issues, probably. Not just font size, as Linda indicates, 

but the font selection itself tends to cause these kinds of problems. 

You may also be able to change the display font and get the text 

to fit where it was probably intended to.
