lenovo hangs on boot when usb drive is connected

It's a BIOS setting for sure.
Make sure it is set up correctly and if there is no other way, make sure
you have the latest BIOS.
Upgrading the BIOS is dangerous and destructive!
Be careful and follow the instructions for your specific model *to the
