Firefox has decided to block Flash for all unsafe Flash player add-on
versions, and unfortunately the latest Flash version is also unsafe.
There are zero-day exploits (i.e. no fix is available yet) that are
actively being abused, as was demonstrated by the Hacking Team hack.

You can use an alternative browser if you must see Flash content, but
please realise that you will be susceptible to a security risk. This
risk is not necessarily due to visiting sites with shady content, but
may also occur when Flash-advertisements containing malware are shown on
otherwise normal web sites.
This seems to be a common way of injecting malware nowadays. There is
even a name for it...

Using an ad blocker is a good extra protection, though slightly immoral,
because you are then depriving the site of their income.
