os fail - Attempt to repair OS Fail

Hello Crispin,

I would start up the system in Recovery Mode, select check all file systems with fsck, it is one option to select under the recovery mode, after it reboots then it either does reboot (it will more than likely) into the os (you may have to restart the system because it reboots sort of like in "safe mode"), or it does not.  After it reboots, you may try running both commands sudo apt-get updated  and sudo apt-get dist-upgrade  (do not forget the dist in front of -upgrade.)  
Let's see what she does after system file checking in Recovery Mode.
