Incantation to stop lockscreen

Well that's pretty much the same as disabling it via the settings panel and disabling via the power manager. I'd really want to disable it on starting the application. Isn't there a command to add when launching? Chromium had/has this problem in full screen, and when I complained to the packager/maintainer, he suggested I use the provided command to disable screensaver when invoking chromium.
Unfortunately, I didn't keep that correspondence.
