How to recover a damaged partition

Those are both outputs for the same drive (/dev/sdb)

That drive is toast - replace it as soon as possible. 

Specifically:

Reallocated_Sector_Ct      65489

Reported_Uncorrect      665

Current_Pending_Sector         80

Offline_Uncorrectable   80

That’s a huge amount of bad sectors. The drive is dying, and any files that are on those sectors are damaged.
