Video drivers

I am running Ubuntu 14.04. I have an ATI Radeon 4350 video card. I am 
trying to get the right drivers installed.

  So it sees I have a Radeon HD 4350, but it is using the RV710 drivers. I followed this how to and ended up with a blank screen, no
command prompt, nothing: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BinaryDriverHowto/AMD

fglrxinfo shows:

Is there something I am missing?
