I remember some machines which need extra kernel parmameters set to run 
Ubuntu. Maybe your machine also needs some extra kernel parameters when 
running vicibox? Those could be default values for Ubuntu, so you don't 
need to set them here. Did you check if there is an option on that CD to 
select some kernel parms? If there are several options available like it 
is on the Ubuntu CDs, I would suggest to set them all. If that doesn't 
help, I would suggest to ask on a list for vicibox or opensuse because 
there it is more likely to find people who know about problems 
installing that system.
