I was just kidding because this particular new time zone gift is
surreal. Perhaps Kim Jong-un was inspired by Salvador Dalí's
"The Persistence of Memory". He most likely needs to go back in time ;).

I consider it an Easter Egg, that tzdata follows this artistically
inclined mind :).
