How Come I Cannot Download the Latest Ubuntu 15.04 Desktop?

I can reproduce this.

The page the second orange button takes you to is this:

http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/contribute/?version=&architecture=amd64

Notice there is no version in that link.

The page the button SHOULD take you to is this:

http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/contribute/?version=15.04&architecture=amd64

... and THAT page has the "not now..." link.
