How Come I Cannot Download the Latest Ubuntu 15.04 Desktop?

Oh by the way, is the IP address 103.1.138.137 the correct IP address
of the Ubuntu download server?

Because my download accelerator program is only showing the IP address
of the download rather than the domain name of the Ubuntu download
server.

I am afraid I may be downloading Ubuntu 15.04 desktop from an untrusted source.
