Moving my Ubuntu "partition"

 What I want to do is migrate Ubuntu- operating  system and the files I
 collected to another PC so I can use this one for other things. 
 plus learn some practical activity.

Moving the hard drive to the other PC is not what I wanted to do. I need
something like copying Ubuntu and the rest onto a CD/DVD and copying the
CD/DVD onto the HD of the other PC and have a "live" Ubuntu.
