external hard drive

I am running Ubuntu 14.04. I have 2 eternal hard drives. The one works fine
The second, 3TB, one works half way. It will not show all the files and 
directories on
the hard drive. Sometimes I can't copy any file off of it. Any ideas on 
what causes
this. This just started happening few days ago.

Here is fstab:
