Which version of Ubuntu do you use? If it isn't 15.04, you could try to
force the use of the older version (maybe it even works with 15.04). I
can only tell you how to do it with synaptic: Search for gwenview and
left-click on the line for that package. Then use the shortcut CTRL-E,
select the older version anc click "Force Version". Finally apply the
change to install the old version. Now you don't want the old version to
be replaced by the next update, so left-click on the line of the
gwenview package and in the "Package" menu select "Lock Version".
