Accesing a windows share from Wine

No, because \\ is special, it tells you that this is a network path. You
could reshare it out but that would be a huge mess, and it would still
require a network path, which isn't working for you. What do the logs say?
Are you getting any output that could be useful to the folks over at
winehq? Also, have you looked up the application at winehq to see if anyone
has a guide on getting it to work on Linux?

I'm perplexed that you can't access a network path with the application
under wine. That should just work.
