Problem is... such info (in what geographic zones is this available ?) 
is hard to find... This must be written in the (DRM ?) codefile, which 
is not available. The link I sent leads to video replays of a French 
version of a worldwide known series which American title is "The Young 
and the Restless". I will lookup new links for you, but I am not sure 
whether or not it is available worldwide.
