breaks boot process

Dear Ubuntu experts,

Is there anybody that is able to describe my fault, please?

I was used
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LDAPClientAuthentication

as a help to configure University LDAP login after changing lab locations
and PCs form previous working state, but on both machines I was used
they both cause boot process to stop and not continue at least for and
hour. Then I restarted them

but LDAP tool works as follows

ldapsearch -h ldap.stuba.sk -b "ou=People,dc=stuba,dc=sk"
"uid=fodrek*" -x

works well

as well as wrongly typed LDAP password I entered it returns correct answer

ldapsearch -h ldap.stuba.sk -b "ou=People,dc=stuba,dc=sk" "uid=*" -D
uid=fodrek,ou=People,dc=stuba,dc=sk -W -x
Enter LDAP Password:
ldap_bind: Server is unwilling to perform (53)
additional info: unauthenticated bind (DN with no password)
disallowed

And for correct LDAP password it works well, as well:

ldapsearch -h ldap.stuba.sk -b "ou=People,dc=stuba,dc=sk" "uid=*" -D
uid=fodrek,ou=People,dc=stuba,dc=sk -W -x
Enter LDAP Password:
# extended LDIF
#
# LDAPv3
# base <ou=People,dc=stuba,dc=sk> with scope subtree
# filter: uid=*
# requesting: ALL
#/b5/.

# ruprich, People, stuba.sk
dn: uid=ruprich,ou=People,dc=stuba,dc=sk
uid: ruprich
host: wifi
host: webmail
host: webkredit
host: uis
host: ADmtf
host: edisk
accountStatus: wifi:active
