Software updater ignoring packages?

Hello everyone,

Today as usual the software updater informed me that some updates are
available as usual.
Out of curiosity once I updated and my system came back up I ran an
update and I noticed that there were more updates specifically systemd,
ubuntu-drivers, initramfs and others.
Opening the software updater again reported that its already up to date,
so I simply did a dist-upgrade from the command line. This is my apt
history log:

As you can see the 2 updates were ran 20 minutes apart from each-other
which means its almost impossible so many packages to be updated in such
a short time,
is the update manager ignoring some packages or is something else going on?
