Download 14.10 with zsync - fail.

I downloaded and installed zsync (what does it do that rsync doesn't?) and
am unable to duplicate the problem. My command line was 'zsync
http://releases.ubuntu.com/14.10/ubuntu-14.10-desktop-amd64.iso.zsync'
without the quotes.
