I missed the start of this thread, but, if you are after cli (text)
based web browsing try this list at Wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Text-based_web_browser
Check your repositories to see which ones are available. Personally, I
use 'Links' all the time on "Xless" servers. It will certainly load the
Speedtest site without problem.
