issues with samba

Hello out there,
i am working on a file server for 4 days today but it is not working as requested.
in fact i want windows workstations to connect and manipulate documents on the server, for this, i have installed ubuntu 14.04 with samba4 and created a homes share on the server but, only the ubuntu main account is able to connect the orther accounts are unable. here follows my smb.conf file

i have created accounts using
useraad and smbpasswd -d
