Copying a large number of Thunderbird email folders to a second copy of the Thunderbird on another computer

Hello!
I have tried attaching and forwarding the individual emails one by one 
but they are too many!
Is there a quicker way?
It would be best to forward the whole folders.
Anyone know of a way?
