Replacement for Firefox Scribe extension (saving & reloading webforms)?

I've been having problems with "save as" & "save image as" not working
recently, & by disabling extensions one at a time I pinned it down to
Scribe 0.21.  This is an old extension whose website has disappeared,
& I'm looking for a similar replacement.

It lets you save & reload all the contents of a web form as an HTML
file on disk.  You can also open that file in FF, click on a link at
the top to go to the URL where the form was located, & continue
editing.  I searched & found some things to deal with web forms, but
nothing quite like it.  Any suggestions?
