hotot crash at 14.04

Hi,

I agreed but in ubuntu 12.04 i was used su - command for super command and
its working because some time i need to  change the super user. but in
14.04 you  mean to say we can't use su - command or it is define already in
the 14.04 version. Also these types lot of issue we are facing. Any idea ?
