hotot crash at 14.04

Hi,
i've been experiencing the same bug since i installed Xubuntu 14.04 (64).

So i launched Hotot in the console. Hotot is very talkative but no error
appeared until the crash occurred.

all i get is "segmentation error(core dumped).'

not sure it helps though.
