well, could you upload the bootchart png somewhere (i.e. imgurl or some
could fileservice) ? that should at least show systemic issues (disk
performance, IO, CPU and ram usage as well as any processes that hog the
boot). probably the USB3 driver regressed with a kernel update you had
or some such ...
